I'm really grateful for the information from the test that revealed my genetic predispositions. It’s helped me narrow down trial-and-error in physical training and nutrition, which in turn improved my fitness and overall well-being. It also helped me to overcome preconceived ideas about myself having ‘unfavourable genes’ in certain aspects of health and fitness. While I do have less genetic potential in some areas - something I already suspected from observing how my body responds to different training programs and food choices – some instances were just a case of poor lifestyle habits. I’m now able to decide more objectively what needs to be adjusted when it comes to tweaking my training programs and nutrition based on my body's response.

The sample collection was easy for me – took less than five minutes to spit out my sample. My OriFit report was easy to understand, and I definitely thought my results were accurate and reflective of my real-life experiences. Both my Muscle Damage Risk and Muscle Impairment were scored “High”. Now I know why I often have muscle injury, and need a longer time to recover compared to others! I’m going to use the results to customise my fitness program, and considering to pay a bit more for other add-on Ori reports.

I tried the OriLIFE test. The testing experience was good, and the three reports covering fitness, nutrition and skin were comprehensive and easy to understand and implement.
